In-app support chat for iOS
You made the app.
Keep the conversation.
A chat inside your iOS app that looks like your app, not ours: it takes your tint and opens over your own screens. Users write with screenshots; you reply, and they get a push.
hello@relk.dev · Live in Interval since October 2026; open to every app with the Relk app and web dashboard.
Swift Package, iOS 17+Replies from Telegram todayFree for small apps
Three steps, one afternoon.
-
Add the package
One Swift Package, one key, one modifier at the root of your app. Forward the push token and notification taps; the guide has the two lines.
// At launch Relk.configure(appKey: "rk_pub_…") // At the root of your UI ContentView() .relkChat(isPresented: $feedback, tint: .green)
-
Users write from any screen
Text and screenshots, no sign-up. Every message carries the app version, OS and device, and the screen if you name it, so you rarely have to ask.
-
You reply, they get a push
Answer from wherever you are. The reply arrives as a push and opens the chat in your app.
At launch
Your inbox, on your phone and on the web.
Every app you ship in one place. Answer between commits from the Relk app, or sit down at the dashboard with the user's context beside the thread. Telegram stays in sync with both.
- One inbox, every appUnanswered conversations on top, then recent ones. Filter by app when you need to.
- Context beside the threadDevice, app version, language and push status, without asking.
- Pushes to your phoneKnow the moment someone writes, and whether your reply was seen.
- Done, ban, boardClose a thread, quietly ban an abuser, turn a request into a board card.
The parts you'd otherwise build yourself.
- 15 languagesThe chat's own text is translated, from German to Japanese, and follows your app's language.
- No accounts, no trackingUsers never sign up. The SDK sends only what the chat needs and ships a privacy manifest.
- Unread badgeOne property tells you how many replies are waiting, for a dot on your Settings row.
- Hosted in the EUMessages and screenshots live on our own server in Helsinki.

- More than 10,000? Talk to us
An active user is someone who sends you at least one message in a calendar month. Opening the chat, reading replies or voting doesn't count. Limits are soft: you get an email at 80%, the first month over in a year is forgiven, your users are never cut off, and nothing is charged automatically.
Questions.
When can I use it?
Relk runs in production in our own app, Interval, today: the Swift SDK and the server, with replies from a Telegram group. It opens to everyone with the Relk iOS app and web dashboard. Tell us about your app and we'll write when it opens: write to us.
How is this different from a mailto link or a support widget?
A mailto link sends users out of your app and loses the version and device. Widgets like Intercom or Crisp bring their own look and are priced for support teams. Relk is a native chat that looks like your app, made for one developer answering from a phone.
Do my users need an account?
No. The chat works the moment it opens, and a thread is identified by the device it came from.
What happens if I go over my plan's limit?
Nothing breaks. Your users keep writing and you keep replying. You get an email at 80%, the first month over in a year is forgiven, and after two months over we suggest the next plan. No automatic charges.
Where is the data stored?
On our own server in the EU, in Helsinki. If you connect a Telegram group, messages and screenshots are also posted there.

Tell us about your app. We read every email and reply ourselves.
